Mission
The state of Salzburg, department 2/06 on Youth, Family, Integration, and Generations, has undertaken and financially supported a variety of projects and measures in recent years.
The co-financing through the European Union holds a special significance in this context. Firstly, it enables perspectives and networks that extend beyond the regional scope and are intricately interconnected with it in diverse ways (keyword: cultural change and migration). Secondly, it facilitates collaborations that bring new impulses for the state of Salzburg.
Simultaneously, it is through this European perspective that it becomes evident how closely intertwined and mutually influential societal challenges are. In light of this, our sustainability for the future depends on our willingness to recognize and shape the new challenges between tradition and hypermodernity on multiple levels. It is essential to ensure that amidst this process, the locally nurtured, analog, and interpersonal aspects (of any origin) persist and are not left behind.

Zielsetzung
Das Land Salzburg, Referat 2/06-Jugend, Familie, Integration, Generationen, hat in den letzten Jahren unterschiedlichste Projekt und Maßnahmen in Angriff genommen und finanziell gefördert.
Die Co-Finanzierung über die Europäische Union hat dabei eine besondere Bedeutung – erstens, weil sie Perspektiven und Vernetzungen ermöglicht, die über das Regionale hinausgehen und in vielfältiger Weise mit ihm rückgekoppelt sind (Stichwort: Kulturwandel und Migration) und zweitens, weil dadurch Kooperationen möglich werden, die neue Impulse für das Land Salzburg bringen.
Gleichzeitig wird gerade durch eruopäische Perspektive sichtbar, wie eng die gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen miteinander verwoben sind und sich gegenseitig beeinflussen. Vor diesem Hintergrund hängt unsere Zukunftsfähigkeit davon ab, dass wir bereit sind, die neuen Herausforderungen zwischen Tradition und Hypermoderne auf vielen verschiedenen Ebenen zu erkennen und so mitzugestalten, dass dabei das seit Jahrhunderten kultuvierte Lokale, Analoge und Zwischenmenschliche (egal welcher Provenienz) nicht auf der Strecke bleibt.
